Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: The giveaway contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and their immediate family members of Temecula Events Company are not eligible to participate in the contest.

To Enter: Participants can enter the contest by following the Temecula Events Company Facebook page and liking and sharing the giveaway post.

Participants can also receive additional entries by tagging friends in the comments of the giveaway post. Only one entry per person is allowed.

Selection and Notification of Winners/Odds: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via Facebook message or email within five business days of the end of the contest. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Acceptance Criteria: The winner must respond to the notification within 48 hours of receipt and must provide their full name, email address, and phone number.

Failure to respond within the specified time period or failure to meet the acceptance criteria will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

The Prizes: The prize is a mobile bar and bartender for 4 hours, valued at $1000. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Prize Restrictions: The prize is subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply. The prize must be redeemed within six months of the date of the winner announcement. The winner is responsible for any additional costs beyond the stated prize.

General Conditions: Temecula Events Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time for any reason. Temecula Events Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected entries.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering the contest, participants release and hold harmless Temecula Events Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Public Grant: By accepting the prize, the winner grants Temecula Events Company the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Disputes: Any disputes arising from or in connection with the contest shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and shall be resolved in the courts located in Riverside County, California. Privacy: Information collected from participants in the contest will be used only for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with any third party.

Official Rules and Winners List: The official rules for the contest are available on the Temecula Events Company website. The name of the winner will be posted on the Temecula Events Company Facebook page after the winner has been notified.

Miscellaneous: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Temecula Events Company and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced
